Workers

Workers never pay anything, so nothing needs refunding. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a job on Choub, report them in the app; they will be banned.

Free trial

Every business gets seven free days, starting from its first search. No payment method is required for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends unless you choose a plan.

Monthly plan (USD 9.99)

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month. We do not refund the unused part of a month, except in these cases, where we refund in full: you were charged after cancelling; you were charged twice; or Choub was unavailable for more than three consecutive days.

Six-month plan (USD 49.99)

Full refund if you ask within seven days of purchase and have made fewer than ten searches in that time. After that, the same exceptions as the monthly plan apply.

Choub Cards

Cards are personalised, so we do not accept returns once the card has been written with your link, except: if the card arrives damaged or does not open your page, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the card is written.

How to ask

Message us on Telegram at @choubapp or email hello@choub.co with the account name and the date of payment. We answer within three working days and pay approved refunds by the same method you paid, within seven working days.

Your legal rights

This policy does not reduce any right you have under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
