The short version

Choub does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store a few things on your device that the service needs in order to work. Because all of it is strictly necessary, we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent first.

What we store on your device

• Language choice (Khmer or English) so the site opens in your language.
• Sign-in session for the app, kept by Google Firebase in your browser's storage so you stay logged in.
• App files cached by the browser so the app opens quickly and works on a weak connection.
• Your own drafts, such as a business profile you have not finished, kept on your device until saved.

Third parties

When you sign in with Google or Telegram, those services may set their own cookies on their own domains under their own policies. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap when you view a map; that request includes your IP address, as any web request does. We do not embed social media widgets, advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

How to control it

You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time; you will be signed out and the site will return to Khmer. Blocking storage entirely will prevent sign-in.
